Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act

  • Civil Liability: Up to $1,000 per employee

  • Years in Prison: 20 years

Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act

  • Directors and Officers: $50,000 – $250,000

  • Years in Prison: 1 – 10 years

  • Individual: $25,000

End-of-Lease Returns

Is it time for your leased IT equipment to be returned? There are procedures that must be completed to terminate the lease agreement and retire the equipment from its original use. Your computers are cosmetically and functionally tested to ensure the condition and identity of products returned.

Most importantly, your hard drive needs to be erased of all confidential information. Secure Erase will:
